Kirsten Lodge (She/Hers) has been with Novartis for more than three years in Patient Engagement, where she is responsible for ensuring the patient voice is embedded across the medicines life cycle. She has worked in therapy areas such as neuroscience, cardio-vascular disease, cell and gene therapy, and oncology.

Kirsten has 20 years of patient engagement, communications, public affairs and marketing experience on consumer brands, and in medical devices, private and public health roles. Prior to Novartis, Kirsten worked at Johnson & Johnson (consumer and medical), Cochlear and Bupa (Australia, UK and International).

Kirsten is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and health and fitness. In her spare time, she is a keen cyclist and puts the ‘try’ in triathlon.
