David James

David James is the Director of Patient Projects and Influencing at Prostate Cancer Research (PCR).

PCR is a research and information provision charity that seeks a world where patients are free from the impact of prostate cancer. David leads PCR’s Patient Projects’ department, which focuses on better supporting, informing and empowering those living with prostate cancer and which seeks to bridge the gap between research and the patient community, fostering a relationship where a diverse and representative community actively contribute to and benefit from cutting-edge discoveries. He also leads PCR’s Influencing department, which seeks to drive greater equity in diagnosis, treatment and care, and to enhance the lives and outcomes of individuals living with prostate cancer based on the latest research developments.

Prior to joining PCR, David’s background was in project development and political campaigning.
