Sharon Hall

Sharon Hall is Vice President and General Manager at Sobi UK and Ireland, having been appointed in 2023.  

Sharon has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry across UK and Ireland, China and global roles, and is passionate about improving the operating environment for smaller pharmaceutical companies and enhancing health outcomes for those living with rare conditions. She is currently Vice Chair of the ABPI’s Smaller Companies Committee.

Prior to Sobi she was General Manager for UK and Ireland at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals and spent over 12 years at Actelion where she held roles of increasing responsibility covering general management, global strategic marketing, business development and commercial operations. She holds a Chemistry and Business studies degree and a Master’s degree in Environmental Analysis and Health from Swansea University and has completed a Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma.
