Mike Crosher

Mike Crosher is Managing Director of Chugai Pharma UK. 

With over 20 years in industry and 13 years with Chugai gaining experience in a broad range of roles, Mike was appointed as Managing Director of Chugai Pharma UK Ltd in October 2019 and additionally European Director – Portfolio & Lifecycle in 2023. 

Mike started his career as a Chemist before transitioning into the Pharmaceutical industry in 2003. After working for Servier and Takeda, Mike joined Chugai in 2012. Following various roles in management including Head of Business Development, Market Access Director and Commercial Director, Mike now leads the UK operation and is a member of the European Leadership Team.

Maintaining a strong interest in reimbursement and policy, Mike is passionate about ensuring UK patients get access to medicines through the NHS through a sustainable healthcare system.
